Not as far as I am aware - you will have to run two commands.
For CLI:
dnf (dnf5) is the packagemanager for rpms utilized by ![]()
The flatpak command is the cli for flatpaks.
As @theprogram said, you’d have to use both.
And also throw in fwupdmgr if you want to replicate the full scope of GNOME Software.
You could also build a shell script which calls the relevant commands (search/update/whatever) and make yourself a all-in-one utility if you don’t like the finer grained control.
