On Fedora 41, COPR seems to be trying to get the package reserved for Fedora 39, which I’m fairly sure is what is causing this dependency failure:

Failed to resolve the transaction:
Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libicuuc.so.73()(64bit) needed by fsearch-1:0.2.3-1.fc39.x86_64 from copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:cboxdoerfer:fsearch
You can try to add to command line:
  --skip-broken to skip uninstallable packages

The same problem exists in Fedora 42:

$ sudo dnf install fsearch
Updating and loading repositories:
Repositories loaded.
