Can't use fingerprint (Kde 42)

Hello, i’m trying to use this guide here Making sure you're not a bot!, to activate fingerprint on my hp laptop with this device: Bus 003 Device 002: ID 04f3:0c00 Elan Microelectronics Corp. ELAN:ARM-M4

But when i try to enroll i press multiple times, then i wait and i get an error,
I cant seem to make it work

Enroll result: enroll-stage-passed
Enroll result: enroll-unknown-error

What can I do?
