When i choose a gloabl theme and set the desktop type too it loads then plasmashell crashes how do i fix this?

This is not confirmed but I guess this is caused by a wrong theme. Unfortunately not all themes which can be installed using KDE system-settings or directly from the store work well.
Which theme are you using, and does the native Breeze theme work well?
You should report that to KDE upstream or copy the detailed output from this window here.
In general, global themes that try to write to /usr will not work on Kinoite.
But Plasma should still not crash so it’s good to report that upstream.

I had this discussion with KDE some time ago and they say it is not KDE’s fault but the person who creates the theme. Something about adding code into the theme. When you talk to the creator of the non-functioning theme they claim it is KDE’s fault. So I guess this will be a never ending story, which is a shame cause there are very beautiful themes I would like to try to spicen-up my screens.
What you should report upstream is the crash. The application should not crash no matter what.
Then yes, upstream KDE can not fix arbitrary user themes.
