The error message looks unrelated to the GStreamer packages from the screenshots you posted. librewolf isn’t a package provided by Fedora, so this looks like an issue with the repository you have set up for that package.
I update, the error appears when I click download system updates
It might be easier to tell what’s going on with:
dnf repolist
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh
