I don’t understand why the providers cannot install this?

NetworkManager-vpnc and NetworkManager-fortisslvpn were obsoleted in :fedora: 45, the plasma package you’re attempting to install has a PR to disable that package

Additional reference information:

You should probably just remove the offending package:
sudo dnf remove plasma-nm-vpnc

Thanks

Thank you so much!

you guys are so amazing! There’s millions of Linux users and to be able to help one guy like me that’s really something!

Yesterday, I upgraded my F44 KDE installation to the new Beta F45 KDE. After all was done and working, I tried another sudo dnf upgrade and got exactly the same error as @penguinista .

Wanted to try again today and create an issue here what I should do. But now I found this discussion and got the solution …

Will try deleting plasma-nm-vpnc later. But I think all will be fine after deletion.

Thank you guys! :folded_hands:

I removed plasma-nm-vpnc with its dependencies NetworkManager-vpnc and vpnc.

All appears to be fine now.
