I use the Fedora Budgie Spin. Every since I updated to Fedora 43. I haven’t been able to change the wallpaper or the profile picture on my system. I’ve tried a few different pictures including PNGs and JPGs. No matter what, the option is still grayed out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.background picture-uri file:////tmp/wallpaper.jpg

same problem in Gnome. Fedora 43 has a lot of bugs

Anyway, the wallpaper thing seems solved in Gnome.
