Hi guys. Fedora 35 works fine on kernel <= 5.15.x but when I am try to boot with >=5.16.x system always froze on the one same moment (see below).
What device is that?
sudo fdisk -l
with the running kernel, and also identify which device is identified as ata2.00 (possibly from dmesg with dmesg | grep ata
) Once we know the device then we can move toward identifying the cause and maybe even a fix.
Hi, I think, that problem caused by bug in newest kernels. See details link below.
Seems that it was fixed in kernel 5.16.9. I just installed it and have no problem with boot process.
