Can't access to my university's wifi

Hello, I using fedora 36 on notebook. I can still connect to other wifis, expect uni wifi. I enter everything correctly with instruction, but it does not connect, it shows “authentication required” infinitly. IT dep. couldn’t solve, so do you have any solutions. I know students, who use ubuntu, mac os, windows, they had not this issue.

You haven’t exactly given us anything to work with. Have you compared your network configuration with somebody who’s computer connects? Have you made sure that both your username and password are in the correct case? Can you connect to other WiFi networks?

Have a look on this if this helps:

What is the wifi network? Is it Eduroam by any chance?

If it is, that might explain some things. One eduRoam connection I made last year required going down to PEAP v0. I didn’t know there was a PEAP version zero.
