Cannot shut down through "Discover", Hibernation issues

I am having 2 minor issues with my Fedora KDE 42 right now:

  1. When I am upgrading my system through discover and choose the “Shut down” option after it finishes, it always restarts.
  2. The laptop always wakes up brand new from hibernation.

How should I diagnose these issues?
