Cannot boot after upgrading to kernel-6.17.12-300.fc43.x86_64

This user had an issue where the GRUB parameters for 6.17.12 omitted the root.

In their case they fixed it with sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg.
