Cannot Access rpmfusion.org 403 Forbidden

I receive the following error when I try to access RPM Fusion:

It appears that RPM Fusion is blocking traffic from certain IP because I can still reach the site through a VPN?

I can access RPM Fusion normally now. I assume it was a temporary block until Anubis is implemented?
