When I try to install SilverBlue dualboot, the installation of Silverblue 30 gives me issue with text, that bootloader cannot be installed and the installation stops.
Hi @ivonenchev! Welcome to the community! Please have a look at the introductory posts in the #start-here category if you haven’t had a chance to do so.
I think you’ll need to provide some additional information for someone to be able to help you.
For example, which partitioning option do you choose? (Silverblue does have multiple partitioning options, just as Workstation does – does it, people?)
If you choose manual partitioning layout, then please tell us which partitions and filesystems have you chosen.
Also it’s quite useful to know if you’re trying to install Siverblue in UEFI or legacy/BIOS mode, bootloader installation differs for these two cases.

I am using the default partitions from the instalation.

The partition for boot manager is partition from Windows installation. I am trying to install Siverblue in UEFI mode.

I can’t provide assistance specific to Silverblue, I haven’t used it myself.
One thing to check is if you’re not running the installer in legacy/BIOS mode by mistake.
If Silverblue is installed from the live session, just as ordinary Workstation, then you should be able to check by running this command in the terminal:
test -d /sys/firmware/efi && echo EFI || echo Legacy
Alternatively you could be able to switch to another tty (using [Ctrl]-[Alt]-[F1] through [F6]) and run the command from there.
One more thought. If noone here will be able to help you with Silverblue installation, then you can try installing Fedora Workstation temporarily. If you encounter the same problem, then I’ll try to help you some more. And if Workstation installs ok, but Silverblue keeps refusing to install – then maybe it’s some sort of bug in Silverblue installer.
And of course, once you’re ready to you can install Siverblue instead of regular Fedora Workstation.
@nightromantic, I download the lastest version SilverBlue, which cannot be run in live session. And I don’t have any installed environment from the SilverBlue.
When I try to install SilverBlue, at the end of the installation gives me erros for not installed bootloader and after that installation reboot.
When Silverblue installer launches, you see “Welcome to Fedora 30” and have to select you desired language – press [Ctrl]-[Alt]-[F2] to switch to tty (text console).
Enter this command (you’ll have to type it in manually):
test -d /sys/firmware/efi && echo EFI || echo Legacy
Post here what it answered you.
To return back to the installer screen you’ll need to press [Ctrl]-[Alt]-[F6].
One more question.
Silverblue download page provides two images: Silverblue image (Fedora 30) right at the top of the page and Silverblue image (Fedora Rawhide) lower under heading Try the latest.
Which of the two have you downloaded? If you’re unsure, then please post here the name of the iso file you’ve downloaded.
There are two open bugs concerning dual boot / multiple systems on Silverblue:
Bug 1575957 - Silverblue installation fails when the EFI partition isn’t reformatted
Besides what @itorres says. Check the official Silverblue Guide: Troubleshooting :: Fedora Docs
You will probably have to create a dedicated EFI partition for Silverblue.
P.S.: If you had a different Linux installation on this system, you might want to remove any possible leftover GRUB files from the current EFI partition.
