I just installed Fedora 38, and while using the laptop there is a buzzing sound. I found a possible solution turning off power saving of the speakers, but it did not work. The buzzing is there even when speakers are muted.
This is the solution I tried, with no success.

Welcome to Fedora @stolenbike
I do like such first posts, especially when they come with a solution!
Thanks a lot … for my it works, finally … I can keep the volume higher and this nerving sound is gone !!
At least the temporary solution works.
I do have the intel driver as described in the solution. You might have a different one and you will need to change this in the solutions command, so that it satisfies your driver?!
Can you tell us what audio driver you are using?
inxi -A
would be a good choice to display it in terminal (you might have to install it).
inxi -A returned the following:
Audio:
Device-1: AMD Renoir Radeon High Definition Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
Device-2: AMD ACP/ACP3X/ACP6x Audio Coprocessor driver: N/A
Device-3: AMD Family 17h/19h HD Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
API: ALSA v: k6.4.14-200.fc38.x86_64 status: kernel-api
Server-1: PipeWire v: 0.3.79 status: active
Unfortunately I can’t tell you if there is a different driver for your AMD Radeon Audio. Mine is Intel and that’s probably why it worked out of the box.
