Bootc upgrade not working

It looks like bootc is now included in Fedora Atomic. But when I try to bootc upgrade I get error. Any solution?

sudo bootc upgrade

Fedora Atomic Desktops do not currently default to using containers for updates, but the classic OSTree model. At this point, bootc has limited functionality unless you use the unofficial experimental Bootable Containers images.
