Boot with no screen only sometimes

I’ve just changed the motherboard (to pass from ATX to mATX) and now when Fedora boot I sometimes get after the grub menu only a completely black, powered off, screen.
Sometimes instead it starts.

What’s wrong with my system?

I think it’s an hardware problem and I have to replace the mobo.
