Bookmarks get filled with duplicates

Hello,

since some time I have the problem, that my bookmarks in Nautilus get filled up with duplicate entries.
That means, at start, after I cleared everything up, in Nautilus only my wanted bookmarks are shown.
After next boot, there are duplicate entries, after next boot, there are bookmarks a third time and so on.

So far I found out, that the file .config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks gets populated, so I could write a script to clean this up, but this doesn’t solve the problem.
Also I noticed, that the only bookmarks which are affected are the bookmarks for my Cryptomator-Vaults.

Does anybody has an idea, what could cause this problem?

Here are my Systemdetails:

Thank you for any ideas in advance.

I don’t use Cryptomator, but reading your description of the issue, it looks like a Cryptomator rather than a GNOME/Nautilus issue.

What happens if you disable the Add unlocked vaults to the quick access area → GNOME Nautilus Bookmarks option?

I would report the issue in their Issue Tracker.

It’s a bit embarrassing, I could have thought of it myself.
Yes, deactivating this function also ends the problem. It’s not like I need it either, as every Vault is also displayed in the removable media.

So the problem is solved, thank you very much.

Things look clearer when one’s not involved.

Glad to hear it’s fixed.
