Much like: Bluetooth stops working after sleep - #2 by david1r2r1 but than in Fedora 43 KDE Plasma

After returning from sleep the settings for bluetooth and my bluetooth keyboard stops working. After a reboot everything is normal but that is not the idea of sleep.
