Bluetooth needs to be disabled and enabled after each startup and sleep

Hi all - I have just started using Fedora and I really like it and everything is great except bluetooth. Each time I startup or wake my laptop from sleep bluetooth cannot connect to my speaker unless I disable it, enable it and re-pair them. I am using a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen8. I have done searches for a solution but without success. It works well on MX25.

I have just tried something. I don’t need to disable it, I just need to expand the box with the name of the bluetooth speaker, Soundcore Motion+ btw, and click on forget, and then re-pair the speaker.
