Bluetooth keyboard auto-connection

Fedora 43 Gnome. I’m having trouble automatically connecting my Bluetooth keyboard. After registering, the keyboard should automatically connect whenever I press any key on it the next time I log in. This always happened to me on Fedora 42 Gnome until I reinstalled the system to Fedora 43 Gnome. I tried using the “Forget Device” feature to restart. I tried following the configuration recommendations in the Fedora documentation, but the device stopped connecting altogether. Please help me figure this out. I’ll provide all the necessary logs! Thank you!

Did you mean to imply that you are using gnome on fedora 43 with the Workstation edition?
The gnome version on f43 is 49.1 from the updates-testing repo,
and there is no Gnome-43 OS.

I am not sure what you are seeing or doing, and I have had no issues with bluetooth so am not an expert there.

The one thing I might suggest is to open the gnome settings and unpair/forget the keyboard, then after rebooting pair it again to see if that makes a difference.

There is also the command bluetoothctl that can provide a lot of management tools.
Use bluetoothctl -h to receive a full help list of options and subcommands, or man bluetoothctl to see a full detailed description of the functions.
