Black screen in between UEFI setup splash and Plymouth splash screen - seems like flicker-free boot got turned off or something?

Firstly, I’d like to note that Before, this didn’t happen, as in the transition from the UEFI setup splash to the Plymouth splash was seamless, like on Windows with its boot splash. I don’t know what I did or what the system did…

“Black screen” as in the backlight is on, but the screen is blank/black. The Plymouth splash screen is only shown around a second or two after this black screen

In this order:

UEFI -> OEM Logo -> Black Screen for ~2 seconds -> Plymouth boot splash (OEM Logo + Fedora Spinner and Logo
