Currently it is not possible to build a game using .tar.gz the file is from ppy/osu releases, because it gives some errors. As soon as a new release is released and it will be assembled without problems, I will use .tar.gz from the ppy/osu repository. At the moment it is a git repository without a directory .git packaged in .tar.gz
