Description

Build of Input-Leap with EI support enabled.

Requires GNOME Shell (on Wayland) fron Fedora 39 or later, for InputCapture and EI support.

Installation Instructions

Enabling the copr repo

$ sudo dnf copr enable ofourdan/input-leap-ei-enabled […] Do you really want to enable copr.fedorainfracloud.org/ofourdan/input-leap-ei-enabled? [y/N]: y Repository successfully enabled.

Updating the relevant packages

$ sudo dnf install input-leap $ sudo dnf upgrade

Usage

On the server

input-leaps --name <name> --use-ei --disable-crypto --config ~/.config/input-leap/default.conf

On the client

input-leapc --use-ei --disable-crypto <server-address>

Note

For some reason cryptography does not work in these builds, hence the --disable-crypto on the command line.

Do not use this on a security sensitive environment, this is for TESTING PURPOSE ONLY!

Can you please rebuild this for Fedora 41 Beta+?
libportal changed it’s release number because of the mass rebuild and now it wants to install over this one on update.
