Beta 6 of AccurateGoldenGate. It's finally here, and really "Accurate" then Beta 5 of AccurateGoldenGate

So this is truly the most “AccurateGoldenGate” thing to happen right before release on August 29, this year. August 29 is my birthday.

I couldn’t make instructions (I’m lazy), but here is the new release. ENJOY!

As I teased with Beta 2, we are rolling out to even more distros. Just to let you know, but we are keeping Fedora as the main OS for this project.

And for the first time, Widgets.

But wait, that’s not it. There is good news for Workstation and other GNOME distro users.

The GNOME version is here! I took the screenshots on a copy of GNOME on Fedora that was broken as the shell kept crashing, but I tried to get as much screenshots before the top panel hid again (It also has a more Windows like panel on GNOME version as what’s possible with KDE’s shell is not with GNOME).

someone told me to use Kiwi menu for gnome version if it comes, so I used kiwi menu. Thanks!

Also I made the Fedora watermark less visible and more off the screen so it’s less distracting.

I know Fedora needs this for their identity.

And I saved the aerial wallpaper for the GNOME as tactics for a version for a specific DE.

Thanks to all of the Linux, Fedora, KDE Plasma, GNOME, r/unixporn community for helping make this possible.

Yes, August 29 is my birthday.

One last self-reply to explain something, The screenshots that look way more accurate that are at the top are the KDE version. One with Windows like panel and Aerial wallpaper, that’s GNOME.

Thanks for understanding what version is what.

One last for real; I need to explain something again. KDE does not have Aerial, it uses Graphic version. Wallpaper diffrences are here in the attached images.

KDE wallpaper (non-Aerial):

GNOME (Aerial landscape) wallpaper:

Thanks for understanding again.

@linuxguy123456 Please re-read what Jeff [1] and Ankur [2] have told you. I close this.

Please stay in one topic for your project, maybe two if it has multiple aspects to discuss. And please do not post so much: you can edit posts if you want to update them.

You still have several open topics: you could have summed up your 4 posts in here into 1 post in any of these topics.

If you create so many topics and posts, it can feel like spam to people, and it becomes very likely that they will ignore it.

The chances that others read this and give constructive feedback are much higher if you create only one but meaningful/expressive post. At the best, in a place people are already used to get updates for this.

Thanks and see you around :classic_smiley:

Your distro, based on fedora but without fedora sanction, should not show the fedora watermark at all since that would imply it was an official fedora product. I see fedora icons in the upper left of each image and the watermark in the lower right of the gnome based images.

You have previously been told to avoid such things with the earlier icons/markings that carry trademark implications. Remove such things entirely or work with fedora legal to get those approved properly.
