This theme almost 1:1 replicates macOS 27 Golden Gate if you were wondering.

This theme uses 100% not copyrighted VinceLiuce icons, and works on Asashi Linux Fedora.

Why, pray tell, is there an Apple logo in the top left corner?
This is supposed to be 1:1 of macOS 27 Dev Beta 1, and has full liquid refraction and everything so of course it has the apple logo!

I’m not a lawyer but to me that seems to be a flagrant violation of Apple’s copyrights and trademarks.
I can tell you that VirtManager won’t include icons of various OSes t match what uses might create VM out of… because of copyright and trademarks
So your answer is, it is violating on purpose. Interesting.

For years? I’m thinking decades. So, perhaps that one somehow slipped under the radar. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
If Microsoft was shipping alternative themes with Red Hat’s logos or Fedora logos in them, I’m guessing that wouldn’t be tolerated. You do you.

He’s not charging any money for it, and I doubt it will ever get on the radar of Apple’s legal department.
I concur - Apple probably won’t give a hoot.
However, as you probably know, no money needs to change hands - distributing is enough to trigger trademark and copyright claims.
