Bcachefs doesn’t have an akmod, so there is no way to install it on fedora atomic currently?
Is there a spinoff that I can rebase onto that supports bcachefs? Or is there a copr with the right packages?
Fedora has a policy of only shipping the linux kernel without modes.
As bcachefs is not in the upstream kernel it’s unlikely to come from Fedora.
Maybe someone will package on copr.

See bcachefs Copr pero. I would suggest trying to install it in a derived bootable container.
