Autostart application autotheming fails

One appliction, KeepassXC, which autostarts ignores the them settings. Depending on tod the theme is either dark or light but Keepassxc with auto theme on always appears in light.
Possibly the application autostarts before KDE Plasma decides on which theme to choose. If I manually stop and start KeepassXC the proper theme is applied.

Can I somehow introduce a delay for apps to auto start or can I make Breeze detect the theme a little bit earlier?

I think you need to raise this with the KDE folks.

The other answer is that you can write your own systemd user unit to start keepassxc that adds the delay.
