Authentication popup when remoting onto Fedora 43 KDE plasma machine

Hi all,

I’ve just installed Fedora on an old machine that I’ve not been using for a long time. My goal is to have it setup in a corner and I can connect to it via my windows machines. I’ve managed to connect to the machine via windows remote desktop using xrdp but every time I log onto the machine with this method I get a Authentication popup asking me to enter my password. Do that and then five seconds later another popups.

As it’s a fresh install I only have one user account at the moment which is also what I’m using to log into the machine with. I followed this youtube video for the setup but I feel I’m missing the next step. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c10rYXXE9lc&t=2s.
I also found this but it’s not fixed the issue for me

Any help would greatly appreciated

I forgot to add a screengrab

These are the type of popups I continuously get from remoting onto the machine. However if I log in directly, none of this popups appear.
