In the end, when reaching https://d2uk5hbyrobdzx.cloudfront.net/ you end up getting the content from the Kojipkgs, but that serves as a proxy that caches content preventing most of the traffic to reach the Kojipkgs (and preserving its resources).
That’s why we shouldn’t abuse that workaround. Use it, make your update and then revert back and wait until the issue is normalized. The Fedora Infrastructure team is actively investigating and working on it.

Either way, a week is a long time to wait for updates to work. I’m pretty new to Fedora in general, is there an official place for outages/updates on things like this?
