An article currently being reviewed introduces ML-Pack and uses it to do machine learning to classify spam. The method achieves 85% accuracy and uses command line processing. Neural networks can achieve higher accuracy. Might a C++/Ruby/Go/Julia approach to spam classification with neural networks be of interest?
