I recently tried packaging a Godot game. I haven’t found any examples on how to do it so I feel it would be helpful to have one. It would cover building the godot pck file and adding various files to support the linux desktop (desktop files, icons, metainfo).

RPM or Flatpak packaging?
RPM. I haven’t done any flatpak packaging. That is a good idea too. If the article is too short I suppose I could investigate that. Or perhaps do it as a second article.
