I haven’t yet proposed a new article. I was hoping to help clean up some of the backlog. I was looking at https://teams.fedoraproject.org/project/asamalik-fedora-magazine/us/191 as an option, but decided I really want to talk about system timers as a replacement for cron. I think it’s worth proposing as a new article.

I remember I tried to use them for user level cron replacement, but could not read my logs. I don’t remember all the details, but that this is the issue I subscribed https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/2744
