I propose to write an article about the JSFX language.
Under Fedora, you can load / write such files via the YSFX plugin available in the Audinux repository.
The JSFX language came from the REAPER audio tool and you have many interesting audio effects / synths available in this language on the internet.
I plan to introduce the JSFX language, it’s history and it’s link to Fedora through YSFX.
The some simple examples of effect and synth and the some links to available resources on internet.

You could post this in the Fedora Magazine Workflow category if you want (or I can move it for you).
Can you start the article with a ‘what one would use JSFX for’ for those of us that think it’s cool but don’t really know anything?

Started the article:
https://fedoramagazine.org/?p=43090&preview=true
Need to fix a screen shot, need to improve some parts and to add some internal links
I had to log in via Wordpress link - unfortunately I don’t have access to view drafts - otherwise I would take a good look for you.

Just found a “enable public preview” button:
Introduction Writing a real-time audio plugin on Linux often conjures up images of a complex environment: C++, toolchains, CMake, CLAP / VST3 SDK, ABI… However, there is a much simpler approach : JSFX JSFX (JesuSonic Effects – created by REAPER [7])...

Tha’s fairly good. The intro is ‘light’ - I don’t think you’ll get many new recruits - but for people that know whats going on, they will be able to understand and move on to intalling your Copr and getting it all happening fairly quickly.
Nice one!

Thanks a lot for the review.
I was quite amazed by the simplicity and powerfulness of this language for audio programming. I really hope this article will help people discovers it …
