After one of the latest updates, apps disappeared from the Settings menu.
They are present in all other sections, such as notifications.
This issue occurred on two different devices.

If you want to help to find a solution for that problem, please help with English information from your System. You can do this while creating a new user and select English as language.
Otherwise we can not really help.
