Apps added to base package that are available in Flatpak?

I just got an update to the base package today that looks to have added gwenview, kcalc, kwrite, and okular to the base image. But all these are already available on Flathub. Any reason these have been added?

This is PR#245: Kinoite: Add back some apps until we have Flatpaks - workstation-ostree-config - Pagure.io. We need some basic apps installed by default for first time users until we have Flatpaks and thus can remove them again. As a reminder, we can not pre-install apps from Flathub.
