I am having a strange issue:
When I open an application (Cryptomator Flatpak), it “hides” itself outside the screen…
When I press the super key, the app window is present, along the other apps opened, but when I click on it, the windows goes to the upper left of the screen and disappear.
This app was fine when I last used it a few months ago.
I’m with Fedora 41 with Gnome 47. I’m using a laptop plugged to an external monitor (2 screens mode).
Does it help if, once the app has been launched, without using the cursor, press the keyboard shortcut to move the window ( by default Alt+F7), then move the cursor to move the window to the desired place?
If easier, Alt+F10 might be used as well, which maximizes the window.
Hopefully the window still has focus after being lauched, even if not visible on the workspace.
