Have a Dell laptop with fingerprint sensor that I wasn’t able to get to work with Linux Mint. HOping it’s different here. Using Fedora 43, fresh install with KDE Plasma.
The hardware is ID 27c6:5395 Shenzhen Goodix Technology. Tried the COPR repositories but couldn’t find a working solution for Fedora 43. Has anyone else had success?
Tried sudo dnf copr enable grahamwhiteuk/libfprint-tod and sudo dnf install libfprint-tod libfprint-2-tod1-goodix but the grahamwhiteuk repository hasn’t published the Goodix driver for Fedora 43
