I’m adopting a new preferred name and would like to change my Discourse and FAS username (skyeforeverblue) to match my new name. Is there a way to do this or forward this to someone who can do it for me?

Did you log out of Discourse and then back in again? It should happen then. (You’ll need to make sure the old account is logged out of FAS, of course.) If you did, and it didn’t, I can poke into what’s going wrong.

I tried this, and when I logged out and logged in with the new account just now it tried to make a new Ask Fedora account
Which is extra weird, because it logged me in correctly to skyeforeverblue earlier when i used the new FAS account.

It’s done this now- I think the old account is gone but Discourse is still being weird. Is there a way to merge my old forum account into/overwrite this one? I’m so sorry that this has been such a headache.
Just to confirm before I take (hard to reverse) action – you want @luciofstars to be the account, absorbing previous @skyeforeverblue ?
