Hey Everyone! I’m Ananya Nalavathu joining from Cork, Ireland.
I recently wrapped up my MSc in Management & Marketing at UCC, and I’m really excited to be stepping into the Community Architect role at Red Hat. My journey started on the technical side with AWS and DevOps, but along the way I found myself equally drawn to the people side of tech how communities grow, engage, and create impact.
This role feels like the perfect intersection of both worlds, and I’m looking forward to learning, contributing, and building meaningful connections here.

We are looking forward to working with you this year on all things Fedora 
You will find that Fedora mixes both the technical and people aspects. Our community’s survival over the years wasn’t solely due to having the best new ideas and innovations (although we have had quite a few, ahem). Rather, we work through the process together as a community. What we get at the end of the process is sometimes unexpected but always interesting.
