An interesting X11 bug (or feature?)

I just started a virtual machine from VirtualBox, then this happend

In the center of my display, a screenshot of my virtual machine showed up, it’s not interact-able, the mouse cursor just went under the image. I can still open VirtualBox window though, and the small window does not sync what the real virtual machine displayed.
After I closed the virtual machine, this image is still there, and I think it’s quite funny LOL

To me, this look like “Seamless mode”

Did you press Host+L by any chance?

Nonetheless, you should be able to see the mouser pointer and interact with the seamless window/application.

No, it’s not seamless mode, and that was just a static image, not interactable. It stays there even after I shutdown the virtual machine. :joy:
