PT2M ago, when I attempted to modify t/177866/22, I saw:

An error occurred: The requested URL or resource could not be found.

…until I performed a location.reload. I doubt that it’s relevant to:

Considering that there was deletion and moderator flagging activity in that topic around the time of your report, I would assume it was just a glitch due to data and/or permissions changing right at the moment you were trying to access it. I think the fix for this problem would be to tell people to stop mangling the topics like that. :slightly_smiling_face:
