So my guess is that you use KDE desktop and you would like to have something more like:
KDE Desktop:
Gnome Desktop
right?

Yes, I have the kde version of Fedora , Kinoite. Maybe I made a mistake and should have chosen Gnome?
This is up to you. In such a case would be good to test, before installation, with the boot-ISO file.
Both Desktops have their pros and cons. However I like it slick and clean, which gnome is. But this is a personal decision which we can not do for others.
Here a hint how to make a change in KDE:
