After upgrading from workstation 38 to 39, suspending logs me out

Having run the upgrade from the Software app, now whenever my iMac15,1 (late 2014 retina 5k) enters suspend (either via power button or when the suspend timer activates), my GNOME session is logged out.

I’ve tried sudo dnf reinstall broadcom-wl but saw no improvement.
I’ve also tried to rmmod the following, but none are installed:

Hi Benny,
I think I have the same problem on my imac mid 2011. Did you find a solution? Do you have the problem only on wayland (IE not on X11) - as I do?
