Can you please describe the error (or paste it if you get a text error)?
Can you also please login using the kernel that works and look at the logs. What hardware are you using too? Nvidia for example?

No error text (use kernel 6.8.7-300.fc40.x86_64 ), it only throws the window back immediately after logging in.
I use nvidia geforce 1650 card.

OK, so gnome-shell is crashing.
Are you using the nvidia kmods from RPM Fusion. If you are, try rebuilding them to ensure they’re correctly built for the new kernel—sometimes they’re not correctly built after an upgrade:
sudo akmods --rebuild --force
