After update a .txt .odt .md file Tracke3 is not refreshing automatically how can we refresh it

After update .txt .odt .md files how can we refresh Tracker3.
I have removed e.g. ‘landing’ word from the files, but tracker3 remain in the files result those files.
I have tested in nautilus , search> full-text option

right-click in the gif to open in a new tab and watch it in a big resolution.

testing again, the same problem note2.txt remain in the results files

I had to remove the file then CTRL-Z to undo that action and restore the file again.
Now tracker3 doesn’t show the file note2.txt
