After the last updat dev-tpm0 and dev-tmprm0 time out during boot

After the last updat dev-tpm0 and dev-tmprm0 time out during boot. Was this expected? I can disable TPM in the bios and boot is of again. But I wonder what caused this.

It seems like I see reports of problems with Gigabyte Gaming motherboards and the Linux kernel/drivers a little more frequently than with other brands. FWIW, I would suggest keeping a close eye on the firmware updates that are available from your vendor’s website.

I’m having this same problem on an HP Pavilion with integrated graphics. Disabling the TPM fixes it for now…

Even though this didn’t happen on my F44 install, it has happened on other distros. I disable it as well, never to return without any negative affects … I’ve got the command around here somewhere.
