Toggling airplane mode and suspend/wakeup causes freezes too. Need to hard reboot the laptop after that.

Are you perhaps on kernel 6.14.2? My guess it’s related to this issue: WiFi taking forever to (re)connect after Fedora 42
If so, maybe try to use 6.14.1 (you should be able to pick it in grub)
Seem like I need to wait for 6.15 kernel, until then I’ll just rollback to F41. I love Silverblue for this 
Rolling back to commit e6fb503718b0ad62917cc8b882d321c4016d6172ed9401c8c05d742afb364fa6 with kernel 6.14.1 fixes the issue.
Fixed with 6.14.3 kernel.
