Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the edge tiling behavior in Fedora, and I’m not sure how to adjust it. Specifically, when dragging a window near the edge of the screen, it snaps/resizes quite early—much before reaching the actual screen edge.
Ideally, I’d like this behavior to only activate when the mouse cursor actually hits the edge of the screen, rather than triggering so far from it.
Here’s a screenshot to illustrate: the mouse is roughly over the uBlock Origin plugin, showing how early the snap happens.
I’ve checked settings in dconf and the Just Perfection extension but couldn’t find anything related. I know I can disable edge tiling entirely in the main settings, but I’d prefer not to—window snapping is an important part of my workflow, just not this “aggressive.”
Any advice on tweaking this setting or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Let me know if you need more details or system info.
Thanks in advance!
