Adding new localization support for new languages in Silverblue

Hello!
How would you add some localization support in Silverblue?
In Fedora Workstation thats an easy click in Gnome software > Add ons > “localization” , then click on a language and add it (and later access it automatically in Libre Office for exemple).
How would be the way on Silverblue?

Hi I don’t know the answer to your question but I am also interested in this and wondering if you managed to figure it out.
