Hi, I cannot start a session (error message ca. “session failed” [translated from German) as I accidentally removed the Budgie files by uninstalling the child control feature. It also doesn’t let me boot into my BIOS as on my MSI motherboard (Intel Z790) somehow doesn’t let me use my keyboard to select the UEFI firmware option. Any clue how I can go about this? I’ve tried using the bios update function via the dedicated USB slot/button on the back (using a flash drive with the appropriate BIOS on it) and unplugging the system hard drive. Ntiehr worked. Any assistance is much appreciated.
Try switching to terminal by pressing Ctrl, Alt and one of function keys (one of F1-12). There you should see login prompt - log in with your user and password. Then try reinstall Budgie using this command sudo dnf group install -y "Budgie Desktop".
